Q. What type of therapy services do you provide?
A. On-site physical and occupational therapy services.
Q. What are your hours?
A.  Monday through Friday 7am - 7pm
Q. Can residents receive therapy twice a day?
A.  Yes. The therapy department takes pride in individualizing therapy programs and if a resident's requires
therapy twice daily that can be provided.
Q.  Can anyone join the club program and use the aerobic and strengthening equipment?
A. Yes. The club program is available to any community member for a nominal fee of $40.00 the first
month and $30.00 the following months. Every club member must sign a release form prior to using the
gym.
Q.  Do I need a prescription for therapy?
A. Yes. A prescription is needed from your physician in order to receive therapy services.
Q.  Does my insurance pay for therapy?
A. Yes. Most insurances will pay for therapy services, however, all plans have different patient
responsibilities and limitations for treatment sessions.
Q.  How long can I go for therapy?
A. Prescriptions for therapy are only valid for 30 days, therefore patients will have to see their doctor after
30 days to get a new prescription to continue therapy.
Q.  If I join the gym program will somebody show me how to use the equipment?
A. Yes. The first month gym fee covers instruction on proper use of the equipment.
Q.  Do you have a family discount for the gym program?
A.  Yes. After a $40.00 initial fee per person the charge is 25.00 per person for the following  months.
