Here at St.Johnsville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center our nursing
staff offers a team approach in the care we provide. We apply an
individualized plan of care, personalized to best meet our residents'
needs. Whether it's a short-term stay for rehabilitation services
following an acute illness or surgery, or a long-term stay, our team's
goal is to make this your home.
Our 24-hour skilled nursing services are offered by a combination of
Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing
Assistants. All our nursing services are provided under the direction
and supervision of our Board-Certified Medical Director who
specializes in geriatric medicine.
In addition to 24-hour nursing care our specialized nursing services
include:
