The out-patient rehabilitation department provides numerous services
to the community and surrounding area. We offer both physical and
occupational therapy services to individuals in the community. We
accept most insurances including Medicare, Medicaid, workers
compensation, no-fault, MVP, CDPHP and many others. Our highly
skilled therapists are qualified to treat various orthopedic and
neurological injuries, including acute and chronic back and neck pain,
sports related injuries and also stroke and spinal cord injuries. We
treat individuals of all ages from preschool to the geriatric population.
Our rehabilitation program allows us to offer a comprehensive
treatment program for our community. We offer the ability to
transition smoothly from restorative in-patient rehabilitation to
out-patient therapy and community integration. Upon discharge from
out-patient services we can continue to offer gym memberships to
our clients.
I am very proud to be Director of the Out-patient Department and be
able to provide our community with a seamless transition from illness
to wellness. Please feel free to stop in and tour our department to
see firsthand what we can offer.
The out-patient department also has a community exercise program.
Individuals from the community have the opportunity to utilize the
facility for exercise at their convenience for a nominal monthly fee.
