In an effort to better recognize our staff members, in all departments, who go "above and
beyond," we have continued to promote our "Caught You Caring!" program.
"Caught You Caring" coupons are kept in central locations, such as the Spervisor's office,
Director of Nursing office and the employee break room. Any time that anyone ( fellow
co-workers, residents, family members or even visitors) see any staff member doing an
exceptional job that they would like to recognize they are encouraged to grab a coupon! Fill
in their name, the reason then sign and date it, then either present it to the employee or, if
you'd prefer to remain anonymous, drop it in the "Caught You Caring" Box.
Each May and October a certificate of acknowledgement is presented to everyone who has
been nominated and an employee is selected to win a free paid day off. Please help us
recognize our extraordinary staff by nominating someone today! Taking the time to say
"thank you" is such an easy way to brighted someone's day and let them know how much
they're appreciated.

The winner of the free day off with pay is Amanda L. Carpenter. In addition to her many
other duties as a full time CNA Amanda has recently become our manicurist. Whenever she
has a free few minutes Amanda always takes the time to paint and style our resident's nails.
Her bright and cheerful creations are truly works of art including flowers and designs that
our residents simply adore. Thank you, Amanda, for taking the time to brighten the lives of
our residents with your beautiful artwork.
Congratulations to each of the employees that were nominated. We are blessed to have
such an outstanding team of individuals who have chosen to dedicate themselves to the
service of others.
