EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER Patricia Jones has been elected Employee of the Quarter for the months of January - March 2010. Patty started her employment at our facility on September 24, 2008 as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Patty, being the fun loving person that she is wanted something more. When an opening came in the Activities Department for an Activities Assistant, it was a great way for her to care for the resident with her CNA training plus also work with residents on projects and activities that they enjoy. Patty is always upbeat and will do anything for anyone without ever a complaint. The residents absolutely love her! They always talk of her friendly manner and her willingness to help them anyway she can. For all these reasons and many, many more she has been elected Employee of the Quarter. We are so proud to have Patty as an employee! |
