| SAFETY SPOTLIGHT 2011 |
| Our safety spotlight program allows employees to nominate their co-workers for facility-wide recognition when safe working habits are noted. Safety spotlight winners also receive a gift for their actions. Our facility would not be the same without our employees who take safety seriously. Our Safety Spotlight Winner for the 4th Quarter is Aaron Looman. Steve DeThomas says "Aaron always stops at the corners in the hallway when transporting food carts to the units. Aaron always waits for staff and residents to pass before continuing on to his destination". Congratulations Aaron! Keep up the safe work and thank you for your dedication to safety! |
